I joined the gym today, I have not been for 22 months to a gym!!
So I’m going to ache, but if I ache I know I I have worked hard and I’ll see the results with a thinner waist, firmer bottom, thicker arms and defined chest, a six pack…. that’s my hope and plan….
I’m blogging that I plan to go each Mon, Tue, Wed, Thur and Fri morning before I start work, then I’ve told you and I have to do it to save face ….
So I will be up tomorrow and straight to the gym for 6.30/45 a.m. and do 45/60 minutes of exercise.
If you fancy joining me on get fit for Christmas please let me know what you are doing and we can motivate each other.
Tomorrow will be Cross Trainer and some light weights to get back into it.
I’ll do some measurements so I can see what expands and what shrinks…
