I have always been a big chap, but recently as I’ve not been riding my horse “Favour” because she tore a Tendon. I put on a few more pounds.
Peter on the challenge did a 5 day detox and some years ago I purchased a juicer and a book, [ the Juice Master by Jason Vale) so I thought it was time I got this out and tried myself.
So I have, I measured and stood on the scales and came in at:
WEIGHT: 110.1 KG ( 242.66 lb )
NECK : 17″ ( 43.18 CM )
CHEST : 44″ ( 111.76 CM )
BELLY : 44″ ( 111.76 CM )
WAIST : 44″ ( 111.76 CM )
ARMS : 15″ ( 38.1 CM) THE GUNS !!
LEGS : 24″ ( 60.96 CM )
Did a 5 day detox of just juice and:
WEIGHT: 104.3 KG ( 229.87 lb ) LOST = 5.8 KG ( 12.78 lb )
NECK : 16″ ( 40.64 CM ) LOST = 1″ ( 2.54 CM )
CHEST : 42″ ( 106.68 CM ) LOST = 2″ ( 5.08 CM )
BELLY : 38″ ( 96.52 CM ) LOST = 6″ ( 15.24 CM )
WAIST : 41″ ( 104.14 CM ) LOST = 3″ ( 7.62 CM )
ARMS : 14.5″ ( 36.83 CM) and 15.” LOST = 0.5″ on left arm same on right THE GUNS !!
LEGS : 24″ ( 60.96 CM ) THE SAME
I did the 3 day detox and extended it a bit 🙂
An example of one of the juices:
Juice Masters detox special:
Freshly extracted apple, carrot, lemon, pepper, cucumber, celery, broccoli and beetroot juice blended with ice.
- 2 apples ( golden delicious or royal gala)
- 1 carrot (organic best)
- 1 slice lemon with rind on ( unwaxed )
- 1/4 yellow pepper
- 1 inch slice cucumber
- 1/4 piece of celery
- 1 inch broccoli stem
- 1 inch slice raw beetroot
Place in Juicer and Juice 🙂 and it tastes amazing, go on try it yourself.
